Ok, well, I figured out where I am going to buy my little turtles at: www.turtlesale.com....but, i can't find a place to buy the tank!!! argh! i have tried petco.com, amazon.com, and turtlesale.com...all of them have been either too expensive or too crappy looking...do you have any ideas of a website where i could buy my tank---a reallly good one for a good price...or should i just go to the PetCo store and try to find one...also, has anyone had any experience with Yelllow Belly Turtles??

Try petsmart.
I don't know if you already looked up stuff on them or not, so I figured it wouldn't hurt to let you know that turles need more than jsut a tank, a huge filter system, and most improtanly UV lighting, with out this they will not get the vitamins they need and can get all kinds of diseases. If you didn't know and need more info, try petsmart, they are real good about helping people get what they need.

we just had 5 slider turtles hatch in our back yard last week. they are about the size of a nickel. we keep them in a 20 gal tank. we built one side up with dirt so they can dig in. also we have a floating log for them to get up on. remember to get a reptile light to they can sun.

Check your classifieds. If no one is selling a tank, take out a "merchadise wanted" ad.

i had a turtle once, his name was baba :) but have u tried ebay or craigs list? they probaly have SOME ppl who have good tanks with good prices
