You shouldn't even try. If your dad doesn't want you wearing makeup, he'll notice eventually and you will get yourself into big trouble.

Talk to him about his reasons why he doesn't want you wearing it yet. Give him some examples of products that you could use that wouldn't look overdone, or clog your pores. I don't think that it would be a good idea to wear makeup behind your dad's back. What is done in the dark will come to light eventually. Use very very little mascara. Wipe the applicator brush with some kleenix before you apply the mascara so it goes on nice and smooth. If you use eyeliner it will be noticeable so stay away from that. A small amount of blush would be okay probably and you could bring some lip gloss with you to school. It will wear off before the end of the day. Good luck.

This is sneaky, but I did it before. Do your makeup at the busstop, and take it off when you come home. or, do it in the bathroom at school. If you don't want to go behind your dad's back, try applying a very light layer of eyeliner and a light color of eyeshadow, like pink or purple, but no mascara. maybe lip gloss or chapstick. stick to pink tones.
