You shouldn't even try. If your dad doesn't want you wearing makeup, he'll notice eventually and you will get yourself into big trouble.
Talk to him about his reasons why he doesn't want you wearing it yet. Give him some examples of products that you could use that wouldn't look overdone, or clog your pores. Suggest things like lip gloss over lipstick. Just mascara over eye liner and shadow. Blush or bronzer without foundation or concealer.
You need to be reasonable about what you want to wear and your reasons for wanting to wear it. Try to avoid anything that has to do with friends or all the other girls at school. He's not their dad. Just say you want to look your best, and you feel you are old enough and responsible enough for very light makeup.
If he doesn't listen, then you are out of luck. As long as you live with him, you are subject to his rules. Breaking one for the sake of vanity isn't the best idea. If you just wait a few months, I'll bet he will lighten up if you keep asking in a mature way. Try pitching in more around the house to show him you are responsible enough to make decisions yourself. Don't make him nag to get you to clean your room or do your homework.

I don't think that it would be a good idea to wear makeup behind your dad's back. What is done in the dark will come to light eventually. Why don't you try asking your dad if you can start out with something simple like lipgloss and a soft eyeshadow. Most of the time that is all that is needed to add a little bit of color to your face anyway. Try not to get into wearing a lot of foundation, blush, and all of that other stuff on a regular basis because I love them dearly but have you seen Oprah and Beyonce without their makeup!

Try a very light coating of powder that closely matches your skin tone. Follow with a very light dusting of a shade of blush that is only slightly darker than your natural skin tone. Use only one brush of the brush, up from the jaw line in the hollow of the cheek. Just barely touch the skin. If you notice a definite difference, then lightly brush up with your fingertips to blend.
Use a lip balm that also has a light tint. The flavored ones are usually good for this.
For the eyes, you want to avoid eye liner and masquera if you do not want your dad to notice. Again, staying with colors that are close to your skin tone is ideal. A medium color at the tips of the eye and lightly applied under the eye will accent the eyes without drawing to much attention to the fact that they are accented. After applying the color, no matter how light it is, lightly brush the lids from the nose outward with a clean fluffy brush to blend.
Good luck.

Use very very little mascara. Wipe the applicator brush with some kleenix before you apply the mascara so it goes on nice and smooth. If you use eyeliner it will be noticeable so stay away from that. A small amount of blush would be okay probably and you could bring some lip gloss with you to school. It will wear off before the end of the day. Good luck.

I think you should ask your dad for permission to wear makeup. If he says no then don't sweat it. I don't know how old you are but wearing makeup makes you look older. Why would anyone want to look older? Don't worry your time will come when you will wear makeup but until then, enjoy being young and beautiful. EVERY girl is a beautiful creation made by God. If you do decide to wear makeup, go for mascara and lip gloss.

nicely,to my point of view, 8th grade is in simple terms too early, yet it rather is in simple terms my opinion and that i'm extraordinarily particular you at the instant are not worried approximately it:) the element is- is which you fairly want your mum to allow you place on makeup or to convince which you're mature? If the latter, rather, it fairly is not the makeup that makes you extra grown-up. yet I comprehend you basically prefer to placed on makeup. You wore eyeliner that element, precise? No marvel your mom disapproved. nicely, i've got faith that eyeliner is fairly too plenty. have faith it or not, some issues ideal basically for a definite age and social accumulating. i could recommend donning some lenghtening mascara (perhaps even colorless), lipgloss, getting your eyebrows performed (basically particularly), some independent nailpolish- some thing that doesn't appear like 'too plenty''. and take a inspect speaking with your mum, she might desire to furnish you some rather stable suggestion approximately those issues. once you start up donning makeup you could overdo some issues easily;)

Before anything ask your dad nicely and if he says no do what you think is right.
buy a foundation that is most alike to your skin. depends on your eye color. light colors on your eyebrow very light, no eyeliner but instead a little bit of eyeshadow, natural color lip gloss and wipe some on a tissue, and a neutral color blush.
once done with all of that take off the excess makeup with a tissue.
hope this helps you good luck

This is sneaky, but I did it before. Do your makeup at the busstop, and take it off when you come home. or, do it in the bathroom at school. If you don't want to go behind your dad's back, try applying a very light layer of eyeliner and a light color of eyeshadow, like pink or purple, but no mascara. maybe lip gloss or chapstick. stick to pink tones.
