why can't I have 9 inch penis.

You're still young, it may grow yet. Not all women like nine inches!!! When you get older, you'll learn to please a woman with what you are blessed with. Size doesn't always matter!

This might sound silly but I swear that non-circumsized men are a good couple inches bigger then non. Every circumsized guy I have seen is about 6 inches max. All the non-circumsized guys are about 8 inches. All that extra skin disapears when they have an erection and I think it gets used up. It doesnt just pull back and hang out it gets stretched out with the erection. Non-circumsized guys have had thier stretching powers snipped. This is my theory. I think it makes sense.

That is average for a male, of caucasian background.
Studies have shown, that males of other ethnic backgrounds tend to have larger or smaller genital organs.
I am assuming, that you are caucasian (white) from you're avatar, so don't fret, thats the average size for a white male.
