More info would be helpful. Are you not holding anything down? How far along are you?
General Guidelines with morning sickness. Have something simple beside your bed to eat before you get up such as a Gram cracker, saltine cracker, make a piece of bread with peanut butter on it and put in a sandwich bag.
Eat a small portion before getting out of bed. Eat your food in small portions through out the day instead of 3 large meals. If the smell of something makes you sick stay away from it for awhile. Make sure you are getting your liquids, because not drinking enough can make your stomach upset, feel dizzy, and just plain rotten. When you urinate your urine should be a very pale yellow, if it is yellow or darker you need to drink more and you should feel better.

Just try a bunch of different foods you probably don't think you want. I have found I tolerate apples and P.F. Chang's lettuce wraps and marinated cucumbers pretty well this week. Next week, I am sure I won't be able to stand it, but something else will sit okay. Just stick with a variety of things and avoid the things that make you sick just thinking about them. Some people have luck eating a popsicle to calm their stomachs and then deciding what else they can manage to eat. Hang in there, I hope you feel better soon!

I sympathize. I had unending "morning" sickness through my entire pregnancy - I couldn't even brush my teeth before bed without getting a wave a nausea. And if someone in a restaurant ordered fish -- all bets were off.
Eat whatever you can stand the smell of. If you can't stand much of anything, try a granola bar, yogurt, or hunk of tofu (at least it goes down quick). For me, super spicy stuff (chili, wasabi peas, curry) became my regular breakfast, lunch and dinner. For my friend, crabmeat pie made her happy. Once I got to the near-end, I ate crackers and tums like crazy to keep the heartburn under control, but never cut down on the curry craze.
Also try experimenting with body position. For me, laying on my right side after eating was far superior to laying on my left - it helps you work with your anatomy.
Good luck to ya.

Try eating mini little meals. I actually found that if I ate few hours, I was mostly fine. If I didn't, I felt sick. Saltines, pretzels, plain cheerios...They were all tolerable when I felt the worst. If you are just trying to eat a bit or two, it's more tolerable when you do feel sick, too.
Usually after 3 months you start to feel better.

You must be in the first trimester! it will get easier. Try eating small meals or snacks....believe it or not it keeps you from feeling as sick. I had the worst morning sickness with my first baby and I couldn't even keep water down. But it got better and I just started eating small meals. Also not every pregnancy is the same. I really didn;t get sick much with my 2nd baby....just the first.

I found that nibbling on dry cheerios and sipping fruit nectar (Kerns Apricot or Peach Nectar) helped get me through my first pregnancy. If it gets really bad, there is help, just ask your doctor.

SO IS THIS YOUR FIRST 3 MONTHS? IF SO, IT GETS BETTER. JUST TRY CRACKERS BEFORE YOU EVEN GET OUT OF BED IN THE MORNING. THEN SMALL THINGS LIKE YOGURT WOULD BE GOOD FOR YOU. ALSO ASK YOUR DR. FOR IDEAS.
