What is ceramic treatment, and where can I get it?

I want to treat my engine.
Is there a do-it-yourself option, or is it only done in a shop?

Jet-Hot coatings dot com. For headers exhaust manifolds intakes systems. Coatings that are fired on ceramic. Very hard and high temp resistant but not dent proof. The smoothness make exhaust flow good and insulation layer keeps heat out of the engine bay.
