well, now you want to know how to get an aurora ticket without a gameshark or similar cheating device.
in order to do so, you'll have to wait until nintendo stages an event that you're able to get to, because when nintendo has pokemon events, they bring these machines out with them called "wonder spots". after you encounter one of these 'wonder spots' you'll have your chance at getting a deoxys
i believe you can also go to some store in rockafeller, new york to visit a wonder spot. but there's no other way.

you get to the 9th island and do a puzzle
the 9th island can only be accessed by having a mystery gift and getting an aurora ticket.
