in that one town on the water, like each house is on rafts, you can fish for corsola, with the good/super rod i think. most likely the super rod is your best bet.

corsola learns recover before level 20, and is of breeding family "water 3", just like lileep/cradily.

so take a male corsola that knows recover, and breed it with a female lileep/cradily, and you'll get an egg that will hatch into a lileep that knows recover
