what does this mean?your right breast hurts a little & it feel like somethin about to come out of it like milk? i didnt have sex either

nothing is coming from my nipples..it just feels like it

you can't feel when milk comes out of your breast. You should probably go get this checked out with your doctor/pediatrician. I am assuming you are still young, so may still see a pediatrician.

Are you actually having discharge from your nipples?
And you have not had sex?
If this is the case, you need to call a doctor.

Are you pregnant or jsut had a baby? You should talk to your DR....you may have an infection.
