I am not stupid but think about it all these missles and bomb hitting the earth must make some kind of shifts or cracks and all this debris and smoke in the air could effect the clouds. I know a nucular bomb will be a major affect on everything. I am just asking about the other weapons of destruction they use. And what about the bombs in the ocean from the subs they hit thing and change the way the floor of the ocean is and the way the land is. That is what I am wondering about...

It has no effect on the weather. Conventional weapons are not powerful enough to disturb the weather. Now, if nuclear bombs were being used that threw up a lot of dust that blocked sunlight then it would have an effect on the weather.
