I don't know. There are so many different things that could happen. I hope I don't see it in my life or maybe I do since I don't know what the string theory is. I must have been out of school that day or that was before my time. More the likely I wasn't paying attention.

It really depends on whether they can develop the theory fully and then what they do with it. Most people probably wont be effected, just as they have not been effected by the big bang theory or the theory of gravitational pull.
