1. Put it in some type of plastic covering to protect it.

2. Hang onto it. 75 years is considered an antique. 100 years is even better.

3. You never know when you'll need cash in your old age. You've got something rare. Rare could go for quite a lot.

4. Take good care of it.

It has a lot of BTU value. Roll into tight logs and burn them next winter for a cozy fire.
