Oh, for crying out loud -- Clinton did NOTHING positive for this country -- and there WAS poverty during his administration (and this is even beyond the way he treated the military, and damaged the readiness of our Armed Forces, Whitewater-gate, Monica-gate, ...-gates (many of them)).
Get a grip on reality -- there is no way that George Bush can be blamed for poverty in the US.

They have been encouraging their youthful babies to accomplish that besides, which became into disgusting because of the fact this is a center jap custom of insulting somebody, and not for decrease classification Caucasians in a liberal city to simulate, because of the fact middle easterners constantly throw the two sandals or costly dress footwear at their objectives, no longer cowboy boots, Crocs or living house slippers..... Poverty was as rampant under Clinton as any other president. Poverty has been with us for decades. I dont exactly know why or exactly what causes it but its always been there. The reason you may have heard otherwise is because Clinton was a media darling and not a whole lot was made of it.

poverty is created for the most part by the federal reserve system ... its a diabolical evil that slowly absorbs all the wealth from the population .. eventually if the system isnt killed, almost all property and wealth will be owned by the bank ... all they would have to do really at any point in time now, is engineer a crash of the economy and almost everyone would lose their land, buisnesses, and assets ....

No. But he has worsened the situation many times over by allowing jobs to be outsourced abroad. The damage this idiot has done to the USA will not be repaired in my lifetime if ever. I don't care for Hillary Clinton (am not a republican or democrat - neither should win another election!) but she made one correct comment: "Bush will go down as the worst president ever."

well no poverty has been around since the beginning of time. it still existed even under clinton. He just did a MUCH better job with it than bush. He claims hes fighting it with tax cuts but those cuts go to the rich not the poor. I personally think he does facilitate it.
