Yes, most definitely. Just search the Internet for programs that can do this for you. But be careful, you could easily end up accidentally erasing your whole library! I'd Google: load music to ipod on pc.

uh.. downloading itunes is free. There should be no problem in downloading it, and then reassigning the sources from your original music to a folder where itunes can read and accept it. Making the whole transaction, minus the price of the ipod, completely free.
