It all depends on what your body needs to balance. There's a web site that has an extensive questionnaire that can help you determine which homeopathics to use. It's www.abchomeopathy.com. They, of course, then want you to order product from them; but you don't have to.

You could also check with Soul Doctor on Answers. From what I've seen of his answers, he gives accurate advice.

combination remedies can be as effective depending on the remedy and what you want it for. There are some remedies specifically designed as combinations but if it's a case of trying to treat a number of different conditions at once you are better off using single remedies spaced 10-20 minutes apart.

Watch out if you are going to mix homoeopathic remedies. Some of them will cancel out any effect another one will give you, best to see someone who can diagnose what you need and make it for you
