Sure, if you want to look like a circus clown. But I would suggest you trust the judgement of your parents instead of your friends on this one. Makeup looks dumb on girls under the age of 15

Halloween is around the corner. You can wear tons of makeup that day. But a ten yr old is still a little girl, and should not wear makeup as an everyday thing. Why do you want to grow up so fast? later on life you will have to use makeup to hide wrinkles, blemishes and age spots. enjoy your natural beauty while you still can.

You can, but why would you want or even need to? Makeup is good, but live without wearing makeup while you can. Im 16 and sick of the daily routine of putting on my makeup. It makes me look good, but it's such a pain in the a**. 13 is when I started wearing it and I was just fine with it at that age . You don't need makeup huney! I have never known or seen a ten-year old who needs it.

I think at age ten you have better things to worry about than your make up. I didnt start to wear makeup until like 17 and that was just mascara.
Why do you want to wear makeup?
But, it is your personal choice and your parents.

n o t h i n g wrong with wearing makeup. no matter how old you are. 10 is a big age and you are totally ready
* if your parents wont let you put in on when you get to school and take it off before they see it.

You can but u dont need to. At ten, I wouldn't. Less is more and try to show your natural beauty instead. try makeup when you are like 13 or 14. If you really want to, then just go with lip gloss.

You will have a lifetime of applying makeup when you get older so right now at age 10 enjoy being a kid.. enjoy being able to get up in the morning without looking like a different person.. :-)
Serioulsy if you are dying yo wear makeup then try some tinted lipgloss and some mascara, mabye some blue mascara..
Dont rush growing up, enjoy being a kid.. it doesnt last forever...

You certainly can, but I at least don't think you should. I know it's fun, but makeup can damage your skin, especially when you first hit puberty. Besides, a ten-year-old needs makeup like a fish needs a bicycle.
This is really a question for your parents, luv.

Makeup at ten is exactly as pig tails on a woman in her 50s. Does pig tails look good on 50 y-d lady?

yes you can. but it also depends on if your parents let you.
all the make up that a ten year old can wear is lip gloss.
then at eleven a little blush.
and then twelve a little eyeshadow.
then thirteen you can do the masacara and eyeliner and all that good stuff.
