Ever since we won in Iraq, the people keep complaining about why we are staying. why dont they understand that if we defeat a nation, and we place a peaceful leader in, we cannot just leave. it would be murder if we left. the terrorist would regain control and then we would have to launch another military attack and cost even more lives. the people are threatening Americas security over their own selfish beliefs and wants, what they do not understand is once we start something we finish our mission which is not complete yet. America does not need the reputation of winning a war and then just leave. it would not be right, we have to rebuild iraq so they can defend therselves. and iran sees these problems going on with the people and figures it is a weakness in America, and they just happen to start enriching uranium right after the people are questioning the government. why are the people not seeing this. the people is what is blinding America. iran get nukes were on nuke threat.

It's not that they don't understand. They just don't agree with that illogical. Here's an analogy.

You think a house is about to burst into flames. You go into the house to try and stop the fire. You don't succeed, and the house starts burning. Every experienced firefighter tells you that it makes more sense to leave the house and fight the fire from the outside.

Your option are (1) staying the burning building simply because you went in the first place, even though you can't fight the fire with what you have there, or (2) leave the house and fight the fire outside using new strategies based on current conditions.

The irrational illogical of people arguing the first position never ceases to amaze me. Stay just because we went in the first place, regardless of the fact that it's not helping, probably making this worse, and at the very least preventing us from solving the problem.

First of all, won what? Remember we went there looking for "weapons of mass destruction" that were suppose to be poised to strike America in 30 minutes are less, right? And do you really think that just because G.W.B. stood on the deck of some aircraft carrier and proclaimed to the world that the war was over, that it would truly be over? Who is America to place any leader anywhere peaceful or not, America is "NOT THE WORLD POLICE". How did Iraq threaten the U.S.? If I'd have witness how America devastated Afghanistan(Carpet Booming with "Daisy Cutters" ), and then invaded Iraq (Without U.N. approval) with a "Shock and ah" campaign, and then watch the whole world stanby and while it happen, I'd want some nukes of my own too just in case they started getting ideas about me. This adminstration seems to think that "Whenever America sneezes, the whole world is suppose to catch a cold".

Iran's nuclear program "appeared" as soon as the GOP needed something to distract this ADD ridden public from the complete failure that's going on in Iraq. Now we can go and attack Iran and have the liberal media dump that in our way so we can't see the civil war already erupting in Iraq. Just like Saddam became such a big threat as soon as we finally figured out that finding Bin Laden wasn't going to be a simple coon-hunt.

BTW, does anyone still care about getting Bin Laden?

What drugs are you on? You won where????About as much as you won in Vietnam. The reason they are still fighting you is because they will until they win. The other scenerio would be for the US to overcome the people and put another dictator like Saddam in power, which means the US should not have gone in in the first place.

Ya right it's always us American people never our bone head President. Wake up and smell the napalm moron were not going to win. We tried that "stay the course" crap in Nam and we didn't even come close. If it's so important in Iraq then how come your not over their helping with the cause?

I get it, it's important as long as you don't have to fight it. And by the way WE HAVEN'T WON!!! In fact my brother in laws name is lathe and he is from Iraq and he talks to family over their and guess what? They say it was safer under Saddam. In fact they say things get worse everyday.

And they aren't threatening America's security nimrod. I have this feeling we're not going to see these Iraqi's invading ole Alabama. You SCARE and FEAR tactics don't work anymore, people aren't buying it anymore.

You won? Thats funny. Things are difficut for America because american vote really unstable people to run their country. American propaganda is blinding americans to the truth. If america left its neighbours to run their own, treated nations equally, there would be far less difficulties for the entire world.

The U.S. won? I don't think anyone can "win" in an unjust war.
