Trac phone is operated by another company. All cell phone providers have manufacturers make phones compatible to their system. Cingular is not compatible with tracphone.

No. It can not be reprogrammed and TracFone is operated by USCellular. A pre-paid phone runs on an entirely different "wave length" I guess you could say. All cellular companies have their own towers and only service area. It is not possible for you to do this.
