lumps, bumps, unusual bleeding - depends on where and what form cancer takes
Speak to GP or some places do free mole checks but really does depend on where you think it is

Depends what type of cancer you're reffering to, go to your doctors if you're worried about anything.There are different types of tests for different cancers.

all depends what type and where in the body..need more info...but anything unusual that you find, or feel, should be investigated...the sooner the better
