$ 185 an hour? What are you complaining about? I think you have a typo here, no one can pay a tanning salon operator $185/hr.

What do you do at the salon? Help people "relax"? That's a lot of money to set the time and intensity dial on the tanner bed.

In your dreams of course but then when you're only making $1.85 an hour plus tips/commissions its nice to have those dreams. Just think, someday you're going to move up to minimum wage and life will be grand huh?

Well that depends. If you are talking Canadian or American dollars, then that's pretty darn good!
If you're talking yen or lira, not so much.
Some people also suspect you may or may not be missing a decimal point. If so $18.50 is still pretty good. $1.85, not so much.

If that's true, or even if you're making 18.50 an hour, that's really good wage wise.

Of course you're being paid well!!! Geez, some people would be happy with 8.50 an hour.

Wow you only get $1.85 an hour that's illegal. Check for the minimum wage in your state.

Do you perform added value services? If so then you're not getting paid enough, if not you're are.
