When I woke up three days ago while getting up my whole right leg calf cramped up and hurt so bad that I couldn't even move. Once I was able to stand on it the crampness went away but not the pain. Both my feet have been doing the same thing for sometime now. I don't know what could cause either of these problems or if they have to do with each other

please go to a doctor and have the doctor check for blockages
with a doppler and or ultrasound. You might just have sprained or
strained to hard or something simple that can heal easily or else
you could have blood clots or numerous other ailments that could
be very serious. I used to have weird cramping in my foot and
ended up rushed to the er and into emergency surgery . If I hadn't
had such excellent doctors I could have lost my foot, leg and / or
life. Due to their efforts and surgery I didn't lose anything and for
the slight pain and limp that I ended up with after they operated on
me, I could never repay them. When something could be something life threatening its best to go to a professional and
specialist. I hope that is is nothing serious for you.

Try eating Banannas or drinking dill pickle juice, both are good for cramps the contain high amounts of potassium.

You need to start stretching your calves every day twice a day. The tightness in your calves is pulling on the tendons and muscles in your feet causing them to hurt and cramp.

Also try getting more potassium in your diet.
