Is this normal?

I'm taking a hair, nail, and skin vitamin. I have been taking them for about 1 week now and today I notice that I was bleeding like if i was on my period. I was not heavy it was real light. Is this normal? I only bled for a short time.

maybe those vitamins didn't mix well with your body, i suggest you stop taking them or go to a doctor and see if it's ok
