Most states are 18 some are 21 others 17, 16, 15 and even as young as 14 and 12 in some states

18 years old, I believe you can legally leave your parents home and become your own individual.
If you're being abused, there are options for you.
Abused meaning sexually or mentally or harmfully.
If you have a roof over your head, food to eat, clothes to wear. You're basically classified not being abused by CPS.
Hang in there if you're not 18. Try to remember your parents weren't born with all the answers and they're doing the best they know how. Help them out a little and do your part by caring.

18. If you are really unhappy and experiencing some sort of abuse you can contact your local court house and find out how you would go about getting yourself emancipated at a younger age.
