dont tell me it depends because im asking present or previous owners how they have made on ONE LOCATION...so im not asking what can I make...im asking about present of any records of that

no one could answer this without a "depends" in there somewhere. the "owner" of a McDonald's can never own the land underneath the restaurant. the land is owned by a real estate company started by Ray Crock. you must pay your lease based off of "profit after cost". the better you do for the month the higher the the lease is for that month. the lease fluctuates month to month.... so it depends how you did for the month. there are so, so many other things too, but i won't bore you with them since you want an exact figure.... which CAN'T be done for the scenario you present.

Considering taxes, affidavit for employees, fees for agriculture fundraisers and cost of soja, it could be no more than 2000 every month for each restaurant, adding up to a grand total of one million 300 hundred thousand every month, not bad for a flipper upper and his wig. Too bad burgers do not pay, just like crime.

I'm not sure but I believe he makes minimum wage and isn't allowed any overtime.
