omg i couldnt get my nail to grow either then a friend told me to use Sally Hansen nailgrowth miracle (its a clear coat/ a base coat if u wear nail polish) and to top it off i use the Sally Hansen Maximum growth nail color use the nailgrowth miracle and put the polish on top or just use the clear coat IT WORKS

There is nothing that will accelerate the growth of your nails and anyone who says they have a product that will is conning you. Your nails will grow at the rate they have always grown, for some this is fast for others it is slow. Be patient, don't nibble and they will get longer.

Look at them and concentrate really hard, thinking "GROW D*****, GROW!!!!" haha....you can't, i'm a nail biter too, in recession for the last 5+years , you have to stop, they grow when you stop biting them, but, like hair, you can't make them grow faster. sorry, i know, sux. carry a nail file w/ you all the time, that kinda helps me when i feel like biting them becuase one of my triggers is rough edges on my nails, or uneven growth, drives me nuts, nail files, and clippers aleiviate that though. to get a quick fix though, you can get fake nails professionally applied, those definetly keep you from biting, they're pretty, and their realy hard to bite. lol.

ok..here are some tips that really work!
1)rub garlic over ur nails..smelly..but helps them grow way moree faster n stronger
2)eat anything with calcium...like yogrout
3)apply toothpaste with a brush lightly to make them more whiter n stronger
4)dip them in warm water with alomnd/olive oil regulary...!
5)apply nail hardner or one good coat to keep them strong n nice
