You poor thing! All these people are kinda being rude! Go to the library and look up the book "Taking Charge of your Fertility". Look at the pictures in the middle and see if that looks like anything that you are describing. It sounds like you may be having cervical fluid which EVERY WOMAN has around when they are ready to ovulate, 2 weeks before their period.
Discharge is caused by estrogen raising in the body. It does not mean you have an infection. Sometimes women have snotty looking stuff just because your hormones are going crazy. If you are itchy or burning, then it's probably an infection. You need to go to an OBGYN and have them take a glance at ya. They'll be able to tell you for sure. Hang in there!

discharge naturally has a potent odor to it. but its not really really stinky. right before your period is when you get the most of it. but you could have one of 2 things...a yeast infection or the beginning stages of bacterial vaginitis. these are not sexually transmitted diseases and although they are gross and uncomfortable...they are quite common in maturing teens and young adults. they can be caused by multiple things however- they dont have exact reasons of what makes them appear. go to a obgyn or planned parenthood and have them do an examination. they will supply you with medication and some helpful tips on how to avoid getting these in the future. reoccuring yeasties or bv is a sign of something more serious. and i heard that major stress can make these occur quite frequently...good luck and take care. p.s. if you have any questions at all. or if u find out what it is and have further questions. i have a sh*tload of good advice from really awesome doctors. i would be more than happy to share. :-)

From I can remember this was like a sign that my period was coming. If i'm not wrong is a sign that the ovaries are maturing and ready to ovulate. The other possible answer is some kind of infection. It is not necessary to be sexually active in order to get an infection. Hope this helps. Have you seen a Gynecologist? Maybe you should do that.

Yellow discharge flaky. This is all normal. Discharge just becomes flaky and crusty when it is exposed to oxygen. As for you getting your period at the same time as your mom. That is not always true. Wasn't true for me.n Or my mom and her mom.

Sounds normal to me for before you start your period. It's probably just that your body has started producing lubrication because of puberty. And you said you talked to you doctor, so if they didn't call it an infection, you're probably fine.

Yes, this is normal. Your body is going through a cleansing stage. But if you're still not sure go to the doctor and have it checked out.

don't listen to the pricks, that is completly normal, it doesn't happen to everyone but there is not need to worry. after you get your period it'll be better. you don't need emergency help or anything like that. just stay clean
peace
oh and probably a good idea to tell your mom just so she know what's kickin and all
hope this helped

If it is itchy and smells like cheese, you have bacterial infection. Or, you could have a yeast infection. It will get worse if you don't go the Dr. and get medicine...vaginal cream.
Do you take bubble baths? That can give you a bacterial infection.

Yeast infection or Bladder/Kidney infection all could make yellow discharge. If it continues or any pain develops contact your doctor. Also you may want to know there are various medications out there that may cause vaginial discharge or colored urine.
