Those 3 schools, again Notre Dame, NYU, and Purdue, I really want to go to. 3.91 GPA, 2 Clubs for 3 years, and played Volleyball for 4 years. Also, I have like 300 community service hours. Is that good enough? And plus, what is considered the "good" amount of clubs you should join and GPA and community service hours? Thanks to all who are concerned...

In terms of extracurriculars, all three of those schools will be looking for leadership positions, not just participation. If you're not the captain of your volleyball team and the president of one of your clubs, run for those positions this year.
They'll also be looking for depth of commitment to volunteer activities, which means that just one type of community service with lots of dedication and time looks better than several, with just a little time for each. Leadership in community service is good, too.
If you can score well on the SATs, and if your essay is really good, you should stand a very good chance of admission to your target schools.

If you're considering Notre Dame also consider Boston College. B.C.'s a better school and has a much better quality of life. There's no magic formula for community service hours, instead, focus on what you accomplished and got out of your community service.
By the way, with a 3.91 if you get high scores (really high but not necessarily perfect) you don't need to worry about all of that fluff anyway.

Sounds good to me. But you also need a good SAT score. Have you done the SAT's as yet, if so what did you score.
