I feel like a Democrat will be elected next time and will find that it is harder to just pull out and everyone will pile on and blame who ever there is to blame. it's human nature to attack/judge authority figures and it makes me wonder why anyone would want the job.

The troops aren't real to the American Public.
The situation isn't real either. Of course he'll get crap. And they'll forget about as fast about Bush, relegating him to the category of ' Whatisface '.
Then he'll say somehthing intelligent like; " That's it? My moment of glory? Willikers! " or some other well measured swear word. It gives the mob something to talk about, as long as it isn't them.
I headed you all of. I knew how this was gonna go. I know how you think, and worse, that you don't. As long as you can .... ' talk.' You're all lucky those guys don't mutiny.
They won't pull out. They're probably going to be there a while, too. And more blather on this side. Anything to obfuscate the facts here. And nothing, really, accomplished there. Or here.
Not even bread and circuses. Seen the Movie Business Pages lately? Funny. They pay actors to reenact these things and pay them huge money. These guys aren't going to see a dime, get killed for real, and preserve the gangsters. Something nobody talks about. Cluck - cluck - cluuuuck.

I don't think I'll be mad. I don't expect that a democrat will pull them out if elected. They may talk big, but when it comes down to it, I don't think they will do it.

They won't be too mad. Most of us realize that we created that mess over there anyway. So, the only thing that we can really do, is stay and clean-up our mess.
The only problem that I see is, more Americans will end up dying over there. I've got cousins and friends there now.
Have you ever heard the saying, 'It'll get worse, before it gets better'. That's where we are now.
So, we're damned if we do and damned if we don't.

Depends on if the Democrat said he/she would. Not all Democrats are against the war. Nobody seems to be too pissed at our current politicians from both parties that lied about what they would fight for, so people might not even get that pissed.

The only plan the Democrats have is retreat. They don't care about the implications of it and how it will prove that Bin Ladin was right when he called us a paper tiger. They don't care if we win the war or not. All they care about is elections. I would be ashamed of my country if we ran from the fight with these evil terrorists.

No they will just still blame Bush. No one expects them to pull the troops out, they are just catering to some fringe groups for votes. But seriously everyone knows you can't just pull them out now and have to finish the job.

There's no way a Democrat (if he is elected) will commit political suicide by pulling out.
