I had always thought and was taught in school that poll was taking account of what people liked and disliked. I am not sure what the meaning of it is on this site. Like a person should be able to ask. Do you like chocolate or strawberry best. That would be a poll in normal everyday life. Like when those people call you and ask you those dumb questions. But I am unable to say what Poll means to yahoo. I would hate to tell someone wrong.
