Go to Yahoo fantasy sports.

Do you want to play with friends or strangers? If friends, then get a group together, have someone, preferably with experience, set up the league and be the commisioner. If not, then join a public league.

Whichever way you go, just read through the rules at Yahoo fantasy sports. They will be more complete and accurate than any answer you will get here. Good luck and most of all - Have fun!

Find some friends who you think might be interested, make a league, have a draft (useing a website as a host means that you might have to pay a few bucks, but it streamlines everything), sit back, and coach.
