No, it is selfcentered delusions. Life is real, and you (the literal and figurative) are not the axis it revolves around, unlike a dream if you did not exist the world would still exist without you.

very true. in addition life is very temporary.
we came from eternal existance then to this temporary world again go back to eternal existance.
and from religious point of view, life on this earth is just a testing ground for what you would receive in the eternal life.
