Her little bitty teeth aren't little bitty anymore. I'm thinking there was some work done cuz she just does not look the same.

She has more flesh under her throat than on the Today show.
Maybe some well-placed plastic surgery plus botox.
Still looks like Today show Couric to me.

I did hear that the camera made her ten pounds thinner so they either airbrushed her teeth or she could've got something done but they have been airbrushing her weight lately so yeah.
