how much exercise and make sure you do do it?

Just do at least 30 minutes every day. At first you'll feel like your not really doing anything, except by the end you'll be tired. After a while, you will exercise harder. Tie of day doesn't matter. It's about calories in vs calories out.

repetition is what it's all about time of day has nothing to do with it just do it on a regular basis
