Wat do i do when i lost my sims case and i need to install the game, but i don't have the code!?

we got a new computer and i need to install the sims in the computer but i lost the case and i need the code so i can install it but the code is on the case it is the sims hot date and i really need to install it

Lost or Missing Serial Replacement:
If you meet one of the following criteria, you can send a request along with a nominal fee to Electronic Arts for a replacement serial number.

-The product is 90 days past the purchase date
-The original serial number has been discarded or lost

When sending a request for a replacement serial number, please include the following:

-A money order for $10.00 USD (per serial number requested) made payable to Electronic Arts.

-The proof of purchase page from your manual (If you no longer have the manual, include one of the game disks as verification of ownership.

Note: If sending a disk as verification, please send it using a traceable method as Electronic Arts is not responsible for products not in its possession.

You better find the case because that's the only way to install the game. Or you should buy the same The Sims game again.

email ea technical support or go to a sims website for a support number. or, try to enter a chat room with someone who has the game but doesn't like to play it anymore and see if they have the code required. good luck.

Sharing codes is unlawful! Dont do this, it is going against eas consumer settlement and to boot the code will basically artwork for those peoples video games. each and each code is unique to each and each set of discs so it wont artwork besides!

I lost my code once and got a new one from EA games customer support.

i don't think you can get the number back at all unless you buy it again because if you get it from someone else,they have already downloaded it and tried it-i mean why would somebody buy it if they didn't want to play it?either way their code has been used i'm sorry but i think you'll just have to buy a new one.
