try hitting shift f11 as it restarts and see if it give you the option to restore from there. it works on dells
it may take a few trys to get the right timing
a lot of computers are not giving disks and use this partition instead however if it is that you have gotten in to a position where you lost the disk you should be able to use another disk if you still have your windows key.

"I need to REINSTALL windows xp without disk...".
DISK - hard disk, floppy disk, compact disk, digital versatile disk.
If you don't have any of the above, you may not call it REINSTALL.
But maybe you have hard disk and NO cd or floppy disk, then you may not able to REINSTALL WinXP, because XP needs cd or even floppy (backup/rescue disk).
I suggest you buy cd rom drive (even second hand) for you to reboot and reinstall winxp. If you don't want to buy, then consider using Windows 98 which can save data to hard disk and reinstall from it.

Call Dell Tech support! They can tell you the best way to boot up your system without losing your data.
This is why you pay for a Dell system! They may sell you a boot disk or recovery software, well worth it if you are having operating system issues.
