The rights to show SailorMoon in the US expired and the Japanese production company(Toei) that owns SailorMoon decided to not renegotiate because they were doing a live action version.
Maybe, in a few years, some other North American anime dubbing company will get the rights to Sailor Moon and dub the rest of the series.

I don't think they have it on tv in the US. Maybe you could see if you can a dvd at blockbuster or video store that specialize in Japanese anime.
I am not to sure if there is anime on demand, with digital cable service. Maybe you ask your local cable or satellite provider to see if they have a channel dedicated to Japanese Anime.
I have attached a link to sailor moon, not to sure if they have info.
I loved that show too. It was cool, especial the later seasons when they had Super Sailor Scouts.

ADV Films has confirmed reports that their license for the first 86 episodes of Sailor Moon will expire at the end of March 2004 and will not be renewed.

Excerpt from ADV Website:

ADV Films today announced that the first 86 episodes of the original Sailor Moon television series will no longer be available in the U.S. on home video after April 1, 2004. Although the response of the fans and sales of this video series in both the dubbed- and uncut-subtitled format have been tremendously successful, the creators of the program have decided against continuing the availability of the home video in the U.S. at this time. All episodes released under ADV Films will remain available for sale in retail outlets while supplies last.
