can a linkage between political society and civil society still exist if politcal parties were excluded from civil society ?

If you don't have political parties, you basically have majority rule which is a totalitarian society. Trust me, you don't want that.

The power hunger of men would keep one position always in control and you would end up with a large portion of society that would be resentful, oppressed and endanger maintaining a civilized nation.

Political parties are the worst possible think for a society attempting to be civilized.

Sure. But you really can't eliminate political parties unless you repeal that part of the first amendment that assures freedom of association. As long as people can freely associate they can do it by political ideology. So, the best you can do is eliminate party affiliations denoted at the ballot box - which wouldn't have much effect on the public debate.
