I have found that most people can not prioritze their lives and never come to grips with that One Thing that matters to them. This One Thing is the thing that all of their decisions should be based upon. Until you find that One Thing, many of us wander from relationship to relationship, heartache to heartache, birth to death. Many have found their One Thing. Have you?

I disagree that every person has only One thing that matters the most in his/her life. In order for us to feel complete we should have a few different aspects of our lives - we should have Personal, Professional, Spiritual, Social, Family, Mental, Physical and Financial. Every aspect should be important due to goals and accomplishments that we want to achieve. Like for example: we want to be comfortable financially so it is important to do well at work....or we want to have a good relationship with our significant other, or with our family and friends.....
I believe that we have many important things in our lives and the best thing that we should start mastering is Balance. If we find balance b/n all these lives that each and everyone of us has we could become a happier, more complete and more loved individual. On the other hand if we only focus on the One Thing that we may feel at this moment is the most important to us, our lives would be in chaos.

That "thing" is my fiance. We've changed our lifes a lot just to be together. I 'have moved from west canada to the east usa just so we can be together. So in our case all of out decisions are really based on our relatonship.

My marriage matters most to me. It's more important than anything else. Even my career and degrees, even though those things are about #2 to me. I had a boss tell me one time that he owned me and I've got my priorities screwed up because I didn't love my job. I'll never love a job more than my husband...that's screwed up!

That's a good question, the one thing that matters most in my life is animation because its art and its different and you can make your own world. And i know if i believe in myself i can acheive my goal for becomming the youngest animator ever.
