File for a venders licence, thats what they ask for, your venders licence #

Get a vendors license. They run $25.00

Some places are already open to the public, depending on what you're trying to purchase. It never hurts to contact the company of the product you're interested in and ask.....the worst that can happen is they say no, unless you're a vendor. Then ya go back with your license :o)
