Like i have cingular pick your plan, they charge me $.10 for a text message, how much will it cost to send/receive a picture/voice message if I dont have an extra plan?

it would be $.25 for picture messaging.

I know on verizon it is 25 cents to send and receive I am not sure about Cingular

It depends on the carrier, but Sprint Nextel charges $.25 /per message, sent or received. Most carriers should be about the same. You can get multi-media plans that include this service, and avoid te per message cost. Check your carriers website for details.
