Not far - their starting pitching won't get them through the second round.

Most people say their a show-in for the World Series, and are being giving a chance to win the World Series. I would considered them a World Series shoe-in this year, but them winning the World Series will depend on the AL Champions. I would put a bet on either the Detroit Tigers or the Yankees. If the Mets stay the course and continue what their doing as the best team in the NL, I would say it to be a win in 6 or 7 games. But again, its depends on the AL Championship. But as a Mets fan, I want to believe that they will win it all and I do.

They look like the NL Champ to me. It depends who their opponent is from the AL as to their chances to win it all. I don't see any real competition in the NL, but the AL could put a team in the WS that will provide serious competiton for the Mets. It's going to be an exciting post-season.

They're probably going to make it to the world series because they are the most talented team in the NL but once they get to the world series the're going to realize why only two NL teams had winning interleague records this season (Giants and Rockies).

I think that the Mets will win the series; they're just having that type of year, and even the "Yankees" aren't doing much. Plus, I really believe that the "Yankees'" time is over.
