so i downloaded limewire b/c i thought it would be good to get music there for my sidekick3 but the music takes forever to download..it hasnt even started yet! does anyone use limewire and how fast does it take to download music there? also do you know where else i can get mp3 songs for free? any websites? thanks!

It will download faster the more sources you have. It also matters if the source is using a T1, cable modem, DSL, etc.. I generally can get a song in about a minute or under. I only download high quality files with many sources.

I just download limewire pro off of limewire so it was free and it works very fast like 3mins to dl a song.

Limewire at times can get really slow, it could be the connection of others or your connection.....Most of the time its just the person you are downloading from does not have a fast internet connection...

I like it, better than most places I have downloaded....and my friend tells me if you pay the $18. I think thats what is for the LimeWire Plus its even better.

I have been using Limewire for almost one year and I haven't had any problems with downloading. I think there is also something called Morpheus...

dont use limewire its ez to get virus!!!!i had it once and it f up my computer!even worst 4 ur sidekick!
