Beyonce, Beyonce, Beyonce. So we all know her new album came out today. So I went to pick it up. I got home and popped it into my CD player. It took me like 5 minutes to listen to the entire CD, seein' how she only has 10 got damn songs!! 10 songs Beyonce'? You couldn't give us at least 12? Hell, the best selling female artist of all time Mariah Carey gave us 14 on her last album! That's my first rant about B' Day. Secondly, if you are only gonna put out 10 tracks, at least make them GOOD songs. I listened to this album trying to find a song I REALLY liked. There isn't one. Did Beyonce' use all her best material for her first album DANGEROUSLY IN LOVE? I think so, because that album was WAAAAAYYYY better. Now I know alot of people will compare B'day to Letoya's debut album. And honestly, Letoya has the BETTER album. Beyonce just went in the studio and threw some **** together. She says it only took her 2 weeks to do it. IT SHOWS. Needless to to say, B'day gets an F.

It is VERY obvious as to why she did not tell her father that she was recording this album. He would have said "NO! Do not release this!" As an observer of her music (for the record, I am not a fan of Beyonce), I think she is doing a disservice to her fans by indicating that she spent as little time as she did on this album. Was she trying to set a Guinness World Record for the fastest album released? I'm sorry, but I don't care if you pull the best producers in the biz to produce your songs, you just can't rush your craft, and force it on people, telling everyone it's hot, when your own manager/father didn't even know about it. It's about quality people...and this album definitely lacks it.

Bands like Slayer, Megadeth, Exodus and Testament are Thrash. I would put her more in the pop/soul-Hip hop genre... oh wait...! Sorry, I thought you were talking about Thrash Metal. Trash, as in rubbish? I don't know. I've only heard one song because I was watching a video that has Serena Williams in it with her. It's not my kind of music but she is a good singer.

I agree that her last album was way better. I only like the song "de ja vu". On this album it sound like she is trying to be a rapper and not a singer. "Ring the Alarm" sounded horrible on the vma's and her performance was poor. I hate when artist expect you to pay the same price for a cd with 10 as u would for a cd with 20 tracks.

beyonce is very talented & she does betta then most & its a lot of female artist out their who cant sing worth a lick but she can . although this album wasnt as good as her last no one can say that its because of her looks & if she was white no one would care cuz thats very far from the truth. The only young talented female artist out their are keyshia cole, alicia keys, kelly, & few others. Im talkin about peopl who can actually sing (that means hit high notes).

Ok I do love but I only heard two songs "Deja Vu" and "Ring the Alarm".I'll admit it was WAY off Beyonces' usual type of songs but Those songs I loved.So 2 outta 10 songs I love!Of course I haven't heard the whole cd yet!Also don't be so mad about.Even if you think it sucks more than a million people probably don't so stop the hating please

I love the Album everyone is entitled to their opinion. Some will hate it cuz its her, Some will hate it cuz it's not Dangerously in love it will go on and on and on.....But I love it and not cuz its her but I actually like the music on the album.

first of all, its about the quantity, not the quality.. second of all she recorded thoses songs while she was on vacation, and she just let out her feelings through that song without letting anybody tell her what to do and third of all she explain tht this album was something different.. completely different from the rest because she focused more on herself.. or something like that..lol

Chill, why are you so pissed? I like some of the songs on there, like Upgrade You (that's the only one I can think of right now)... People need to stop being such haters. I know you don't like it, but damn... you're just talking bull. Maybe you just aren't a fan of that type of music she put out. But you're cursing like somebody just killed somebody. I didn't like Mariah's CD, but I'm not bitching around...
