I use the Kotex super super...I thought getting a bigger size would help the problem of the whole leaking thing.I mean it seems that the tampon isnt even there...I just leak the whole time...it seems as if I have to wear pantiliners too.How can I keep from leaking?

those super tampons probably actually stimulate bleeding beacuse of their ingredients. down size a size or two and then add a pad along with the tampon

Just like each period is different, each brand of tampons is a little different, too. The Taxpax Pearl tampons are extremely uncomfortable for me, but they may expand more, and also the OB tampons were designed by a woman, so they may offer better protection. I would experiment with some different brands, but not without pantiliners until I had tried for a few months and was certain of protection.

Everybodys flow is different. Make sure you match your flow with the right tampon and change it often. You may wanna try birth control to regulate it, and you should continue to wear panty liners...just so you don't mess up your underwear. I know it's a hassle, but it comes with the territory! Good Luck:)

I have the same problem, you just need to change more often sorry, it sucks I know. I know this may sound weird but you may need to make some adjustments to the way you put it in or the brand you use. I found that Tampax work best for me. they don't have all the frills but they are very absorbent

Tried changing it more often?? once it has absorbed all it can, it will start leaking. If that doens't work, maybe tampons are not the right for you...even if it is not the most confortable you should switch to pantiliners.
Sorry, it's all i can say.

back to back pads. i exploit 2 in one day pads in my pants and then placed on a pair of boxer shorts over the actual then my PJs. regrettably, it fairly is confusing to get an entire night's sleep once you get them heavy. think ofyou've have been given to set an alarm halfway contained in the direction of the night to arise and alter your pads. Line the mattress with a towel to guard your sheets.
