My day: wake up at 2:00 am, and not fall back asleep. Get on a bus at 6:30 to drive an hour to orientation for a new school. Have orientation with 45 other girls, 40 of whom I don't know. Get home at 11:45. Go to the airport at 3:00 to say goodbye to brother and his family who is moving to another country. come home and have a tylenole because I'm not really not feeling well. Can you spell rough day? I'm really stressed out right now and i need tips on how to relax. Help!!

Turn of the phone (this includes your cell phone, too), and draw up a nice, soothing bubble bath with your favorite scent, preferably Lavender as it is great for relaxation! Light a favorite candle, turn on some soft mellow music - whatever strikes your mood - and relax. You might want to do some pampering, so if you have a good facial mask, use it so that your skin will glow. And if you have a loofah, use that with soap and wash your body skin,too - it will get rid of any dead skin cells and your skin will be really smooth. Afterwards, pamper those feet and give yourself a pedicure. If you are really ambitious, give yourself a manicure.

Once you are done, put on your favorite pajamas and chill out in bed with a good movie or a good book that makes you feel good.

And breathe....clear your mind..and breathe...seriously

Eat light, take little power naps, don't rush when moving from one spot to another. Drink plenty of water and at the end of the evening have a nice warm glass of milk or tea. Take a long hot bath with scented bath oils, soaps and candles.

Soft music . a long bath . eat your favorite foods .read watch a good movie, just relax , listen to the music, eyes closed and feel the words of the song . take your self away to a beautiful place and just relax your body and mind . think of only good things .

grab a snack and a gossip mag at a 7-11, go home, take a nice hot bubble bath, put on your most comfy sweats or pjs jump in bed with your snack and mag and just chill....tomarrow will be better.......

Have a glass of wine and have a bubble bath.. Put some jams on that you enjoy..
