Sure, I listen to Russian, French, German, Indian and Spanish songs...
I think listening to lots of kinds of music is good. You shouldn't just stick to your own language.

Do you mean people from England or English speaking people. I speak English but I listen to music in many different languages if the music appeals to me. To me, when I hear it in another language, the voice becomes more of a musical instrument than someone putting words to a tune.
I listen to French, Vietnamese, Italian, Spanish, etc.

Yes, because I love the music. I do not speak the language, but I love the music and do listen to the words of the songs. Mainly Spanish. Gypsy Kings, and others.

Well, I am not English, I am American, but my native tongue is English. Personally, two of my favorite bands sing almost exclusively in German and Gaelic. I know that when I was in Koln last summer for the World Cup, I was greatly aided by at least knowing that language's pronunciations. Also, I have recently started studying Gaelic, both as a way to connect with my heritage and to better enjoy the music.

I love classical spanish guitar, especially when accompanied by a voice (even if I don't understand the words). It is hard to find any when you also don't read the language to understand what you are buying. Maybe you could recommend me some good spanish classical guitar music with smooth vocals?. Also like Ramstein German techno-metal.

Some pop songs are in a different language - a Blondie track had a French verse, 99 Red Balloons too (German), Falco sang some foreign words in his songs, and there are those Orinoco Flow (Enya) type songs that could be in any language really and it wouldn't matter.

As I lived in Belgium for 23 years ( I now live back in the U.K. ) I often listened to songs in French & Flemish. French is fine to sing in but Flemish is not the best of languages to sing in.
I still have a couple of cd's in Flemish and occasionally I do listen to them.

Only Serge Gainsburg and Sigur Ros, and the Welsh-only album by the Super Furry Animals. Does Ricky Martin's 'Living la vida loca' count? Also, 'La bama' is quite good. Opera singing is where non-english singing is accepted.

Yes.
I love Rammstein, an East German Industrial metal band. I speak only the bare minimum German (Ja, Nein, Guten Tag etc), but I love their music, I generally understand their message through reading the translations and occasionally simply through the music.
