I'm 18 years old and I'm turning 19 next month and I'm so sick of people telling me that I look young for my age. How can I look my age???

I used to hate looking young too. But this year I stopped getting ID'd and now it really bothers me! (I'm 28.)
If you want to look older, wear more "adult" clothes (e.g. dress pants instead of jean) or get a more "mature" haircut. But, in a culture that values youth, I think you'll have an easier life looking young.
FYI Although I don't get carded anymore, people still tell me I look around 22 or 23. I just had my 10 year high school reunion and it felt so good to look younger than many/most of my classmates.

I act older than my age and i put makeup on that makes me look like my age or a little older so if u follow this answer people will stop telling u that u look young for your age!

Don't care, there's plenty of people that wish they were your age or if your serious wear white at school. When I was 11 I wore white on picture day and looked older when my pictures came out. I think I looked like a 14 yr. old business person. Don't put on to much makeup or else you might damage your face, and don't use drugs. Being yourself is a very mature thing to do.

You know what? That's a gift to look young. Take that as a compliment. Being young lasts only for just a while; old age lasts forever. Don't change yourself.

In a couple of years you will long for people to tell you look younger.
If you want to look older use a lot of make up and wear clothes for older people, try being less casual and not wearing poni tails.

Try putting it up in a clip, or a bun with those sticks in it. Anything that's up will usually make you look older--even a half-up-half-down is good.

look young while u can it will pay off when ur 50 u'll look as young as madonna looks lol she's almost 40

Oh please don't even try.... there is nothing wrong with looking younger than your age... and one day you'll appreciate it...
I dated a girl that was 42 and looked 25...she loved it. And so did I...lol.
