It was because of our sins and salvation that Jesus died on the cross for us. The world now has nothing to offer mankind, but the prophecies that the Bible talked about concerning the end of the world are all coming to pass. Don't go to hell and suffer, turn unto Jesus and let him save you and take you into heaven. Simply, pray and ask him to forgive you of your sins and accept you as his son, and you will see the change that will come into your life. God bless you my friend.

I don't think that Jesus died for anyones sins.

The first thing that someone should be considering is whether the idea of sin is actually real.

If God is supposed to be perfect how could She have made anything or anyone that wasn't perfect.
Think about it. The idea of sin assumes certain things about God that seem highly unlikely.

First it assumes a God who is too incompetent to organize a simple educational field excursion and figure out a way to get all of the students home safely.

How likely is this that God would not be smart enough to come up with a plan for our salvation that is going to work?

It also assumes that God must have created us imperfect if we are sinners.

One might assume that God would be able to create someone perfect each and every time if he chose to. Assuming God is capable of this, then it follows logically that we must be perfect creations if we are actually creations of this perfect God.

Unless of course you are saying that God chose to create us imperfect.

If God created us imperfect then anything that may go wrong is Gods fault, not ours. This seems a bit illogical at best so I think that we need to assume that What God creates would have to be perfect.

If this is the case and Gods creations are perfect, then nothing that we can do could change what God created perfect and make it imperfect unless we think that we are more powerful than God is.

How likely is it that we the creation could be more powerful than the creator. I personally find this idea somewhat amusing, and a bit absurd.

Religion tells us that God is perfect. If this is true then it could hardly be logically for Gods creations to be considered to be anything less than perfect.

If this is the case then Nothing that we can ever do could possibly change this perfection that God willed, unless we were so powerful that our choices could override and change the will of God.

How likely is that????

Think about it.

The idea of sin is simple nonsense; a lie made up about God by religion.

It's an awesome feeling to know that even when the world comes to an end, and we know it will, we have the choice to have a wonderful life that will never end even though the world is no more because of Jesus dying on the cross for people like us so we can be saved.

That's what I hear every damned Saturday morning at 8 am when you people come banging on my door. I swear Ive done everything in my power to stop you damned missionaries from knocking on my door when I'm hungover and need my precious sleep. Ive tried offering you Buddhist literature but that only made you come more often!!!I tried installing a sprinkler system, now you just bring towels. I tried buying big dogs, now you just bring hot dogs.
Ill tell you like I tell your friends; I don't personally need the threat of eternal suffering and damnation, or the promise of eternal bliss in order to make moral and ethical decisions. Now please go missionary in some 3rd world ****-hole because we have all heard your tired arguments and constant babble and I for one am tired of hearing about it. There are more frikkin churches in my neck of the woods than gas stations; ITS NOT LIKE IVE NEVER HEARD OF YOU PEOPLE!!!!!
While I'm at it, why would anyone believe the drunken ramblings of middle eastern nomads that lived over 2,000 years ago?? That question has always baffled me.

My only qualm is this being "saved" crap. Every time I corner baptists on someone who was "saved" turning away from God, how is that person "saved." Yeah, you know who you are, the "once saved always saved crowd." Does this mean I say the preacher's words back to him and can fornicate til I get my free ticket to heaven??!!!!

How about "I'm in the life-long struggle of BEING saved." How about "I'm working on being saved"? Have you been to confession? I have, and it sure makes you feel good.

How about this King James bible, the one edited to take out things that King James wanted to be able to do? When do you presume the bible was made?!!! Did Martin Luther write it? Hmmm, no, he didn't, he just cherry-picked the things that make him happy and discarded the Word of God that didn't suit him. Can you be saved if you DELIBERATELY IGNORE the Word of God KNOWING you only have part of it?!!!
