You may have to go back to family court and file to have the order made. Depending on what state you live in, most demand the children have a room to themselves. Having a one-bedroom isn't a big deal unless you're talking prolonged visitations. Your divorce attorney (or a court advisor) would be the best person to seek advise from.

What a jerk. I think that the Judge should not put children in any environment of any type of abuse. But unfortunately society says that the child should have relationship with both parents. I think that the children needs to be protected from most parents.
I am so sorry that you are in this environment. More so for the kids.
Good for you for leaving. And don't worry about the child support thing it will happen Oh yeah he will pay. They will take any means possible sooner or later. You may get past due in one lump sum. Take it easy and get counseling for yourself and the kids. A support group is good! Don't forget to talk to your Minister.

You've got a control freak on your hands. How can you move on with your life with him right there watching whatever you do? I would suggest that once you get child support, you move again to someplace close so that he'll still have access to the children, but secure enough where eventually you can have friends over. I don't know if you two tried marriage counseling, but you might be able to make things better for the two of you eventually if he gets some help.

He will have to pay child support but he can also get visitation rights. He does not have to do anything with a 2 bedroom.

You can have the child support garnished from his wages. As far as the one bedroom deal. Contact an attorney.

dont let him taunt you. If he gets intolerable you can always file for a restraining order when you go to court...
