Madden 2007 I switched to "spectator" mode when I'm off the field and can't get it back to 3rd person.

My superstar is a QB and I used to be able to play defense and I've somehow put myself in spectator mode and am now just watching till I get back on the filed. The manual says I can switch it in the pause menu but I do't see the option anywhere. Help.
