F them if they can't take a joke is my motto. If you do all the work when you're sposed to be sleeping then you won't have wasted any fun time doing hw.

Procrastination never works, and now you are living proof of that.

I'm not sure what you mean by re-write chapters of you textbook. Do you mean chapter summaries?

Perhaps if you told us what the assignment is, someone might be able to offer advise on how to get it done quicker.

Flash forward to the future, where you will be sitting, panicking, sweating, and yet making more excuses for why your tasks are not completed yet. Perhaps another sandwich, or a TV show, more e-mails, or yikes, a great web site.

Now come back to the present. You have ALL THIS TIME STILL...get to work. :-)

Sometimes if feels overwhelming and you feel a bit lost and hopeless, but break it down into small doable rewrites and stop evey so often and get a drink or something and then start again. You can do this of this I am sure!

"If you build it they will come"
"Stop picking at that or it'll never heal"
"If your friends were jumping off a cliff would you?"
"Beacuse I said so, that's why"

Now there's some wisdom for you!!!!
